Professional Profile

Background
After graduating from the Faculty of Law in 1992 and completing a Master’s degree in Law in 1994, I spent 24 years at a leading domestic consulting firm. In 2019, I founded my own practice to personally embody the strategies I had long recommended to clients such as global expansion, innovation, and intrapreneurship. My professional philosophy is rooted in the Confucian principle of “Shushin Seika Chikoku Heitenka” (cultivating the self, managing the family, governing the nation, and bringing peace to the world), emphasizing that true leadership and social impact start with personal integrity.

  • 30 Years of Frontline Experience: Since entering the consulting industry in 1994, I have remained at the forefront of the field for three decades, providing consistent, high-level strategic guidance.
  • True Global Reach: Unlike many domestic firms that focus solely on overseas branches of Japanese companies, I have an extensive track record of consulting directly for foreign local corporations and universities. This includes forming alliances with national universities abroad to provide consulting services to their respective governments and public institutions.
  • Comprehensive Support for Manufacturing: My expertise covers a wide range of domestic businesses, from major corporations to SMEs, with a focus on the manufacturing sector. I provide end-to-end support, from high-level visioning to on-site operational improvements.
  • Quality Governance & Fraud Prevention: I possess specialized strengths in quality audits, quality assurance/control, SCM, and innovation. I have played a key role in investigating quality misconduct for major Japanese firms and conducting audits to maintain quality integrity following the submission of recurrence prevention reports.
  • Structural Transformation Approach: In the areas of vision and strategy, I utilize a “Structural Transformation” approach. My methodology is unique in its focus on reforming internal control systems to ensure that formulated strategies are fully realized. This approach, centered on creating significant social impact, is the cornerstone of my “Transformation” projects for overseas entities.
